PER COURT :- Heard.
The only grievance made in these petitions is in respect of issuance of tribe certificate recording proper nomenclature of tribe. The tribe certificates are issued to the petitioners recoding name of the tribe as 'Mahadev Koli'. In fact the name of the tribe recorded in the Presidential Order is 'Koli Mahadev'. The petitioners are in receipt of tribe certificates certifying that they belong to 'Mahadev Koli', scheduled tribe, however, the spelling is wrongly recorded in the certificates.
We have heard respective learned Assistant Government Pleaders for respondents/State.
In view of the decision recorded earlier in identical matter, we pass following order:
The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No.2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioners recording the name of the tribe as 'Koli Mahadev' within one week.
The writ petitions are disposed of.
