1) The application is filed by the original claimants for vacating the stay granted by this Court to the execution of the judgment and award given by the Reference Court. Heard both the sides.

2) This Court on 7th February 2014 in C.A. No. 10134/2013 conditional order was made and stay was granted subject to deposit of entire amount upto 7th May 2014. Even this time was extended. But the amount is not deposited during this extended time also. In view of this, the application is allowed. Stay is vacated.
