The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, online application has been filed to get the corrected tribe certificate. The original tribe certificate is with the petitioner. The petitioner seeks correction of the name and surname in the tribe certificate. 2.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the incorrect name and surname to the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad, Dist. Nanded. The Sub Divisional Officer, after satisfying itself of the issuance of the tribe certificate from its office, shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner after verifying the name and surname of the petitioner. The same shall be done as Gajanan
