This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2, to take decision on the application, tendered by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act on 11-092012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of six (06) months from today.

If the petitioners are held entitle to receive additional amount of compensation in terms of award, that may be passed by respondent No.2, respondent No.3- acquiring body shall pay the amount in
