In fact, the authority ought to have decided the application immediately, as the same pertains to the renewal of license.

Considering the fact that the application is pending, we direct respondent no. 2 that in case such application is pending, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same (Exh. C page 22) on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from today.
