The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. I-110/2016, registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offences

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 2794 of 2016 punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323, 504, 506, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

There is a counter complaint by one of the accused in the above, resulting into registration of Crime No. I-111/2016 against the complainant and his group in the present crime.

The investigation papers depict that the parties are related to each other and from the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, releasing the accused Pravin s/o. Laxman Chabukswar, it is observed that the parties have settled the matter amongst themselves. The role attributed to the applicant is that he assaulted the complainant by means of fighter. No corresponding injury could be noticed. In this background, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

Hence, the Application is allowed with the following directions :- (a) In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. I-110/2016, registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323, 504, 506, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, he is directed to be

(3) Cri. Appln. No. 2794 of 2016 released on bail, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall attend Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, on 19th and 20th June 2016, between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when reasonably called by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

(c) The applicant shall not try to contact any of the prosecution witnesses and he shall not try to tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.

The Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
