The petitioner seeks appointment as Project Affected Person.

The learned counsel submits that representation has been made to respondents, the same has not been considered.

The petitioner is aged 48 years as per cause title. The Full Bench of this Court in a case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare and Another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2009 (4) Mh.L.J. 961 has held that appointment from the Project Affected Persons category cannot be made without the person undergoing competition.

In light of the above and also considering the age of the petitioner, no orders can be passed in favour of the petitioner.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
