We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for petitioners.

Mr. Lakhotiya, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions of Mr. Madhav Nagargoje, Director, Local Fund Accounts Inspection, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, Camp at Aurangabad who is present in the Court submits that, special auditor was appointed and the special audit as directed under order dated 26th November, 2020 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 580 of 2020, is also conducted for the year 2016-2017 and 20172018 and for the 2018-2019 regular audit has been conducted.

Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the Collector was also required to go through the entire record personally and take necessary action. However, some orders are necessary in view of the previous order. 4.

The criminal writ petition is pending.

As special audit has already been conducted as directed under para No. 7 of the order dated 26th November, 2020, contempt to that extent stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
