This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition No.1584 of 2021 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 1 5 February 2022. Incidentally, in view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application No. 571 of 2022 was also disposed. There is delay of about 77 days in filing the presnet application. 2.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned. The order dated 15 February 2022 is hereby recalled.

Writ Petition No. 1584 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application No. 571 of 2022 are restored back to the file. 4.
