DATE : 21-11-2022 P.C. :- Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned AGP. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner' s land which was acquired in the year 1981 be returned to him since it was never used for the purpose for which it was acquired. He submits that he submitted a representation dated 02.03.2022 to the respondent no.3 which has not been decided.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner does not have any right to claim back the land under any provision.

Suffice for the purpose to observe that we have not been called upon to decide the right of the petitioner to get back the land. He is simply seeking a direction so that his representation dated 02.03.2022 is decided on its own merits.
