1] The applicant seeks relaxation of condition no. (c) at para no.6 of the order dated 06.03.2025 in Bail Application No.5/2025.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has to attend the death anniversary of his uncle and the same is scheduled on 16.05.2025. 3] Considering the submission, the applicant is permitted to enter village Kedgaon on 16th May, 2025. However, the applicant to leave the said village on 17th May, 2025 and report to the concerned Police Station on 17th May, 2025. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
