Heard the leaned counsel for the Petitioner.

In fact, the Petitioner was seeking admission to the D.Ed. course in the year 2005-06. This Court while admitting the matter on 7th April, 2006, did not pass any interim order in favour of the Petitioner. In light of that, with the passage of time, nothing would survive for consideration in the writ petition. As such, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs.
