Perused the papers.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicant had filed contempt petition (Stamp No.3938/2020) against the respondents for disobedience of order passed by the Deputy Lokayukta, Mumbai. 4.

The petition was listed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 05.03.2020. The learned Registrar (Judicial) was pleased to refuse the registration of contempt petition on the ground that the office objections were not removed by the applicant.

Mr Wani, learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today after restoration of the contempt petition. Further, it is noticed that there was delay of three days in

ORDER
