The applicant has been enlarged on pre-arrest bail under order dated 05/04/2023. The applicant has given undertaking to this Court that he is ready to deposit the amount within the period of six weeks. Accepting his undertaking the protection of pre-arrest bail has been granted. Now, the applicant is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to extend the time to deposit the amount for further period of two weeks subject to payment of costs of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited with the Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad. Cost to be deposited within a period of one week from the date of order.

If the applicant fails to deposit the amount as per his undertaking within the period of two weeks, the protection which has been granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that no further request seeking extension would be entertained for any reasons.
