Mr. Kore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition hearing has taken place before the Hon'ble Minister and matter is now reserved for orders. The election is declared and it is to be held on 23.06.2019.

As the matter is now fixed for orders before the Hon'ble Minister, no further orders are required to be passed. The petitioner may take further steps in tune with the orders passed by the Appellate Authority.
