This is an application for adding a party-respondent. Mr. S.B. Solanke, learned Advocate for the applicants points out that during the pendency of the Second Appeal, respondent No.1 has executed a sale-deed on 18.07.2019 in respect of the suit property in favour of the person to be added as respondent No.3.

The applicants/appellants being the dominus litis, when it is being alleged that during the pendency of the Second Appeal, respondent No.1 has executed a sale-deed of the suit property in favour of a third person, the purchaser deserves to be allowed to be added as respondent No.3.
