Heard learned counsel appearing for parties.

While the petition against invalidation of caste claim of petitioner is pending, pursuant to the interim order, petitioner has completed M.B.B.S. course and has also completed internship. He is required to serve for the bond period. However, the same is stated to be not possible for want of internship completion certificate. 3.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate that internship completion certificate may be issued to applicant/petitioner with a view to enable him to serve the bond

2 CA/5812/2020 period. During pendency of writ petition, no furrther benefit of issuance of internship certificate be taken or allowed. 4.

Civil application is allowed accordingly and is disposed of.
