Though the substantive prayer in the petition is prayer clause 'C', learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits before us that instead of pressing prayer at prayer clause 'C', the petitioner be permitted to seek directions from this Court to decide the representation dated 02.05.2018, submitted to the the Plantation Officer, Samajik Vanikaran Parikshetra, Patoda, Dist. Beed, expeditiously.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage. 3.

Issue notice to respondents returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents 1, 3 and 4. 4.
