This petition challenges the order dated 12.5.2015 passed by the Additional Collector, Nanded. By the impugned order, the petitioner was disqualified as the Sarpanch of village Ambadi Tanda Tq.Kinwat Dist.Nanded. Mr.H.V. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3, on instructions, informs the Court that thereafter the vacant post of the Sarpanch has been filled up by fresh elections. In the above view, the petition is rendered infructuous. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
