The petitioner has sworn an affidavit that the respondent - husband has expired on 27.02.2011. The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani, therefore, by order dated 30.03.2011, has passed the order of abatement. The copy of the death certificate is annexed with the affidavit. 2.

In that view, nothing survives in this petition and, therefore, the same stands disposed of.
