PER COURT :

The petitioner has putforth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B) By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like of nature the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may kindly be directed to issue Internship Completion Certificate to the petitioner.

C) The respondent no. 4-Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to decide the Tribe Validation Claim of the petitioner at the earliest.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Report has been tendered by the Vigilance Cell and the petitioner has received copy of the same. She would appear before the Committee on a given date and tender her response to the Vigilance Cell.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions :- A) The petitioner shall appear before respondent no. 4 - Committee on 18.07.2022 at 12.00 noon and submit her response to the Vigilance Cell's Report.

B) Thereafter, she would participate in the said proceedings on the dates as assigned by respondent no. 4 - Committee.

C) The petitioner shall be restrained from seeking adjournment on unreasonable and trivial grounds and cooperate with the Committee to ensure that the proceedings are concluded and the Committee delivers it's order on or before 30.09.2022.

D) Until the decision of respondent no. 4 - Committee, the petitioner would be precluded from taking advantage of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev-29' Schedule Tribe for the purpose of seeking employment or further education. E) The University could consider releasing of internship certificate only after the claim of the petitioner is validated.
