Applicants seek condonation of delay of 2469 days caused in preferring the first appeals for the reasons stated in the applications.

Applications are contested by the respondent - acquiring

2 51 ca 6888.23 body. It is contended that applicants did not circulate matters despite filing it on 02.06.2023. The lapses are attributable to them.

The averments of the applications have not been controverted by the respondents. I find no material to infer any oblique motive on the part of the applicants. Applications were filed on 06.05.2023 and those were not circulated till 10.10.2025. The lapses are attributable to the applicants. 5.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay stands condoned subject to forfeiture of the interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as for the period of lapses from 06.05.2023 to 10.10.2025.
