Learned advocate for the petitioner makes a statement that Misc. Civil Appeal No.17 of 2021 is kept for final hearing on 7th July, 2023.

In that view of the matter, without going into the challenge raised in the present petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the learned District Judge-2, Ambad, District Jalna to decide Misc. Civil Appeal No.17 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this Court. 3.

Till then, the order of status quo shall continue to operate.
