Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.252 of 2024, registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 143, 144, 146, 147, 149, 427, 504, 506 of the IPC.

The applicants have been arrested on 27.04.2024. The alleged weapons used by them for committing the crime have been seized. Most of the applicants are young boys having no antecedents. The injured has been discharged from the

53-BA.916-24.odt hospital. The injured did not suffer the injury on the vital part of the body. The material investigation appears to have been completed against them. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to keep them behind bar. They may be granted bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Nos.1. YOGESH DATTATRAY PAWAR, 2.

RUSHIKESH SANJAY PAWAR, 3. MAHESH ANKUSH PAWAR, 4. RUSHIKESH @ ABHISHEK S/O DIGAMBAR PAWAR and

5. YOGESH DATTATRAY LONDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the condition to attend the Police Station on each Thursday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and except the day of attendance they should stay away from the village till filing of the charge sheet.
