The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application with regard to her transfer with Respondent No.3. The same is not considered.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. S. B. Pulkundwar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and submits that respondent No.3 would decide the application of the petitioner (page No.16), preferably within eight weeks.
