Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Applicant seeks bail in Crime No. 0427 of 2023 registered with Karjat Police Station, Taluka-Karjat, Dist-Ahmednagar for

the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicant seeks bail on the ground of parity. Perusal of the role attributed to the applicant shows that his role is identical to co-accused Ganesh Vikas Kale, who has been granted bail. Considering the identical role attributed to the applicant, he deserves parity. Therefore, the application is liable to be allowed. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

(I) Bail Application is allowed.

(II) Applicant - Ramjane Bangar Pawar be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime, on the condition that:- (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall not enter in Village Nimgaon Daku, Taluka Karjat, District-Ahmednagar for six months from the date of his release.

(c) Applicant shall attend the trial on each ane every effective date.
