2] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has changed his job. In 2013, the petitioner was selected as a Lecturer in certain Training Institute of the Government. Petitioner has secured this job on the basis of tribe claim. Earlier, interim order protected his job as Assistant Teacher in Zilla Parishad.

3] We are doubtful, whether the same protection can be continued in favour of the petitioner now. Petitioner shall make submissions on admissibility of the petition on next date.
