This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 2 - Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of validation of caste certificate issued in favour of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and, it is accordingly directed.

Petitioner is the employee of the State Government. Until decision on the proposal for validation of caste certificate and subject thereto, no adverse action shall be taken against petitioner. 3.
