Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with CR No. 87/2023 registered with Pundliknagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2) (n), 313, 504, 506, 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel for the informant jointly stated before this Court that the marriage is performed between them and that the informant has no objection for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Perusal of the investigation papers indicate that even in the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. informant has categorically stated about performing marriage 943.aba781.23.odt

with applicant on 30/03/2023 and as also stated she does not wish to pursue the said complaint.

In view of the above, application stands allowed on following conditions:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No. 87/2023 registered with Pundliknagar Police Station, Tal. Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 313, 504, 506, 109 of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
