Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.113 of 2024, registered with City Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 143, 383, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Facts of the case reveal that the incident happened when the accused started demanding money to the complainant and in exchange of demand and refusal to pay the money, the incident happened. The applicant is a young boy. No purpose would be served by keeping him behind bar. However, to protect the interest of the persons residing in the locality and

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant MOHAMMAD VALID KHAN ABDUL AZIM KHAN be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not contact the complainant in any mode or manner.

(c) He shall refrain from involving similar offences in future.

(d) he shall attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice till filing of charge sheet.
