Learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that the decision in the application tendered by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act would be taken after observing the procedure prescribed under the law as expeditiously as possible, prefererably within a period of four months from today.

The statement is accepted. In the event of passing of the award by respondent no.2, holding the petitioner entitled to receive enhanced amount of compensation, the respondent no.3 shall pay the amount so determined by respondent no.2, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of such decision.
