The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed application/reference U/Sec. 28 of the Land Acquisition Act on 06.11.2012. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, in case same is pending, the authority shall decided the same in accordance with law.

In case application filed by petitioners (Exhibit - B) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2

2 wp 10412.17 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
