The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no. 326 of 2016 registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under section 452, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case against the applicant is that the applicant has caused injury on the cheek
2 Cri. Appln. 2827-2016 of the complainant with a knife as there was dispute between the complainant and the applicant.

It is not in dispute that crime no.326 of 2016 was lodged by Meera against the applicant. It is also not in dispute that crime no.325 of 2016 for the offences punishable under section 354, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code was registered at the behest of Ashabai i.e. the sister of the applicant against the husband of the complainant in crime no.326 of 2016.

Looking to the nature of allegations and the simple injury suffered by complainant, the Application is allowed.

In the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime no.326 of 2016 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under section 452, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of
3 Cri. Appln. 2827-2016 Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 25th and 26th June, 2016 between 10 am and 12 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
