PER COURT:- 1.

The civil application is filed for recall of the order dated 04.06.2018. On 04.06.2018 we had issued bailable warrant to respondent no.1, as in spite of service, respondent no.1 did not appear in the contempt petition. In the civil application it is stated that the applicant was not aware of the decision. Due to oversight, the applicant could not mark the date of hearing, as such he could not appear before the Court. In fact, the applicant was required to be more diligent in attending the Court matters. The applicant has tendered unconditional apology. It is submitted that even the affidavit is filed by the applicant and the order of the Court of which contempt is alleged is complied.

Considering the above, the order dated 04.06.2018 issuing bailable warrant to the applicant is recalled.
