The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Board after carrying out the inspection has already forwarded proposal for start of G.N.M. course by the petitioner to the Government. The Government has not taken decision on it as yet. 2.

On the last date we had issued notice to the respondents and asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that instructions are not received. 4.

In case, the proposal seeking permission / approval for start of

2 931-wp 6471-2020.odt G.N.M. course by the petitioner for the academic year 2020-2021 is pending with the Government, then the Government shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, if possible, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks form today. 5.
