1) Notice. Other side waives notice. The application is filed for permission to deposit the entire amount awarded in MACP No.30/2005. This Court had granted time of 8 weeks to deposit the amount. In view of

2 CA 6524 of 2015 the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The amount is to be deposited within one week from today. If the amount is deposited there shall be stay to the execution of the award.

2) It appears that the respondent, original claimants were allowed by this Court to withdraw rupees three lakh with proportionate interest, that order is to be used by the claimants for withdrawal of the amount if the amount is deposited.
