The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to appointment as 'Anganwadi Sevika' as per the Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2014. The petitioner is working as 'Anganwadi Madatnis'. The petitioner possesses necessary qualifications to be appointed as 'Anganwadi Sevika' .

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has given representation. Respondent No. 3 would take decision upon it on its own merits within a period of three months. 4.

Respondent Nos. 2 and/or 3 i.e. Competent Authority shall take decision upon the representation of petitioner as 'Anganwadi Sevika', as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of two months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
