Mr.Dhongade, learned counsel submits that the petitioners are elected as Members of Gram Panchayat from reserved category. Their tribe certificates are referred to Respondent No.8 Committee for validation. The same are not yet decided. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla

2 W.P.No.5685/16 Parishad, Hingoli, has called upon the petitioners to give explanation for not submitting the validity within six (6) months. According to the learned counsel, the Apex Court in SLP No.(Civil) Nos.29874-29875 of 2016 has stayed the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of "Anant H.Ulahalkar and another Vs. Chief Election Commissioner and others" reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J. 431.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, has sought explanation from the petitioners. The petitioners may bring it to the notice of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, the stay granted by the Apex Court to the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court which naturally the Respondent No.3 is required to consider.

With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
