We have heard Mr. Ingole, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the appointment of the respondent No. 6 as Rojgar Sevak.

The learned counsel submits that, the respondent No. 6 is not qualified to be appointed as Rojgar Sevak, as he has to be 10th pass. The respondent No. 6 does not possess such qualification. He was also Upa Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat in the year 2015. A Upa Sarpanch cannot be appointed as Rojgar Sevak. 3.

The petitioner has not placed on record the appointment order of the respondent No. 6 as Rojgar Sevak. The resolution was passed in favour of the respondent No. 6 to appoint him temporarily as a Rojgar Sevak on 26.01.2011 i. e. more than ten

2 pil 78.21 years back. Appointment order of the respondent No. 6 is not filed. We asked the learned advocate for the petitioner as to whether the respondent No. 6 is presently working as member of the Gram Panchayat, he answered in the negative. 4.

In absence of any details, it would be inappropriate to entertain such public interest litigation. We do not find sufficient material on record. The PIL is filed in a very casual manner. The public interest litigation as such is dismissed with costs.
