Even after second call at about 2.51 hours, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. This is the revision application under Section 397 and 401 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment and order dated 18.02.2019 passed in PWDVA Appeal No.10/2014 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad arising out of judgment and order dated 12.03.2014 passed by the learned JMFC, Kannad in Cri. M.A. No.283/2011, whereby the present revision applicants are under direction to pay Rs.1,000/- per month towards maintenance in addition to Rs.700/- granted under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
