This is the Habeas Corpus petition by the father for directions to the Respondents to produce his daughter.

Notice was issued to the Respondents.

Today, the Petitioner is present in-person along with his learned Advocate. The Petitioner's daughter by name Shradha Govind Bagal is also present. Learned APP is present. Considering the nature of the petition, we took up the matter in our chamber. 4.

We interacted with the Petitioner's daughter. She is major by age i.e. 25 years of age. She submits that she is residing at Pune at her own will and not under duress. She further submits that she is searching for employment at Pune and she is in a telephonic contact with her mother. She showed her firm disinclination to reside with her parents.

We also interacted with the Petitioner and his wife. They submitted that they want their daughter to be safe and she should stay with them.

We also permitted the Petitioner and his wife to interact with their daughter and they interacted for some time. However, the Petitioner' s daughter was firm on her decision.

Considering the above aspects of the matter and since the Petitioner's daughter being major by age, we leave it to her discretion. No further directions are therefore required. 8.
