The petitioner seeks to challenge the decision of the Deputy Director, Maharashtra Primary Education Parishad, dated 16.4.2019, by which, the case of the petitioner has been referred to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, who has actually imposed the punishment upon the petitioner. The learned Advocate submits that the petitioner has already preferred a statutory appeal before respondent No.3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by permitting the petitioner to prosecute his appeal filed before respondent No.3. It would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to issue notice of hearing to the litigating parties and commence the hearing in the matter.
