The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 15-11-2019 passed by the competent authority under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRT. The time spent by the petitioner in this court from 15-06-2022 till the passing of this order today, shall be a ground for seeking condonation of delay.
