The petition is filed seeking directions for expeditious disposal of the suit. The suit is of the year 2016 and another suit is of the year 2017. It is submitted that the issues are framed.

Petitioner may file application with the Trial Court which the Court naturally would consider for expeditious disposal of the suit considering the age of the parties. If thereafter also the suit is not decided expeditiously, then the petitioner may move the Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
