Pursuant to the notices issued to the Respondents, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed the affidavit in reply. In para 3 of the said affidavit in reply, the reference is made to the Notification issued by the State Government on 1st June, 2016. It is further stated in the said paragraph that the petitioner's apprehension that four marks will not be

In that view of the matter, though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner insists for keeping the Petition pending, we dispose of the same.
