Heard Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body. Considering the submissions made by the respective Counsel, the following order is passed.

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

ii) The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety / security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. iii) The remaining 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period of 2 years and if so required, till period of disposal of the appeal. Civil applications stand disposed of.
