Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. This application is filed for condonation of delay of 835 days caused in filing first appeal challenging judgment and order dated 21.11.2012 in LAR No.200 of 2002 by learned Jt. CJSD, Osmanabad. The application is strongly opposed by learned Advocate Mr. Tele appearing for the original claimant stating that no plausible reason is given for condonation of delay. The applicant is a corporate body and should have been vigilant in approaching this Court within time. In any case the delay of 835 days is not justified.
