Learned advocate for the applicants submits that inadvertently, while filing application for withdrawal of amount, it had not been referred to that withdrawal had been allowed by the tribunal only to applicants No.1 and 2 and applicant No. 3 had not been awarded compensation. In the circumstances, order pursuant to the contentions in the civil application came to passed by this court on 27th March, 2018 letting all the applicants withdraw the amount. However, a correction will have to be carried out in said order, referring to that it is only applicants No.1 and 2, who are allowed to withdraw the amount.

Mr. Patil, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 1 has no particular resistance to the request being made under the present civil application.

In the circumstances, applicants No.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw amount pursuant to paragraphs No. 5 and 6 of the order dated 27th March, 2018 in civil application No. 4272 of 2018 on the same conditions as referred to therein. Reference to the applicants in the order dated 27th March, 2018 shall be deemed to be reference to applicants No.1 and 2. 4.

Civil application stands disposed of.
