By this application filed under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No. 1, by learned Sessions Judge, Udgir, on 27.03.2019, in Crime No. 242/2018, registered with Police Station Udgir (City) for offences punishable under sections 420, 416, 463, 464, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned advocate for respondent No. 1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 2. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing it is reveled that charge sheet is filed in the present crime on 20.07.2019 and case is numbered as Regular Criminal Case No. 170/2019. In the light of these facts, it is not desirable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondents No. 1 to 3. The application, is therefore rejected.
