This Court has gone through the contentions made in the petition. The petitioner has grievance against one Moses that he is falsely representing that he has control over the management. The trust appears to be registered in Mumbai. In view of this circumstance, this Court has no jurisdiction over the matter. The petitioner can approach the Principal Seat.
